Adults Kickboxing and Grappling
1 lesson per week for a month, 2 lessons per week or unlimited.
Kickboxing: Train condition, motor skills and perseverance. Nice training and movement based on various exercises on pads and kick cushion.
Grappling: Nice rolling and frolicking like we used to do as children. Focus is on the groundwork, where coordination and flexibility are more important than with kickboxing.
