Return conditions updated on February 14, 2022
For items that are sold remotely (for example via a website), a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.
Items purchased at Jumpmaster.nl can in most cases be returned within 30 days after receipt . During this period, you can rate the products as you would in a physical store. When you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage.
In the case of opened, incomplete or damaged products, or products that show clear signs of use, we reserve the right to pass on the resulting reduction in value to you. In extreme cases, this depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase amount. Is the packaging damaged? Then we can choose to reimburse the product only partially.
If you want to return a product, please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com. State the order number here. You don't have to explain anything, but we would of course appreciate it if you briefly explain the reason for return. We would like to understand what of our product or service did not meet your expectations.

Processing your return
After we have received your return notification and return shipment, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. The amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
Items that cannot be returned
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Services started with the buyer's consent.
Products that are custom made to buyer's specifications
Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
